Yesterday, we finally had the chance
Over the last six months, my husband, Jerry, has been deeply engaged in a new project. However, yesterday, we finally took the opportunity to travel to Miami for a much-needed vacation.
When he proposed the idea of delaying our trip, I firmly asserted that it was not a viable option, as all our tickets and hotel accommodations were already secured. Thus, we were bound to follow through with our plans.
As we boarded the plane, I quickly dozed off, resting my head on Jerry’s shoulder. Upon waking, I found myself leaning against an unfamiliar individual, and just as I was about to respond, he addressed me:
HIM: “Please, lower your voice. We don’t have much time.
I noticed you and your husband at the airport, and I felt it was crucial for you to be aware of something. When he returns shortly, behave as you normally would.”
ME: “Stop being vague. Who are you, and what is going on?!”
HIM: “The reality is that your husband… is not who you think he is.”
