Rapper had surgery to get gold chains implanted into his skull

Regarding his striking golden hair, the rapper had a series of hooks surgically inserted into his head, allowing him to attach gold chains to them, thereby creating the illusion that the chains are his hair.

Indeed, it is quite a remarkable illusion. Sur underwent this procedure in 2021, stating to his followers that he desired a distinctive appearance.

The individual, then aged 23, stated, “I possess a hook that is embedded in my head, and this hook is equipped with additional hooks, all of which are secured within my skull and beneath my skin. This represents my hair—golden hair. I am the first rapper in human history to have golden hair implanted.”
